After visiting Kiyomizudera again to get the pictures I didn’t get in my rushed visit the first time, I took the train down to Fushimi Inari Taisha, a large shrine to Inari, the kami of success. This is the large torii in front of the gate. Fushimi Inari never closes, and dusk is a great time to photograph it, as there is still enough natural lighting, but the lights are also lit.
