This floor was thought to be the armory, and is decorated like it may have been in feudal Japan. The floor plan of the lower floors is a large hallway around a large center area. You can see from the size of the hallway that you would literally need an army to fill up the castle. There was a steady stream of tourists and the place still looked pretty empty.
